Hey I'm Matt Wilson,

I’m 35 years old, a fitness trainer, and former kickboxer. Over the past several years I’ve been helping men in their 30s and 40s shed body fat and attain a physique they never thought possible.

Having to make weight for championship fights I understand exactly what's required to get lean, avoid all the BS while looking and feeling optimal.

I would use this to my advantage against my opponents. While they were starving and dehydrating themselves to make weight - my nutrition and training were locked in. So I was fed, hydrated, lean, with maximum muscle, without having to tax my body.

After competing in kickboxing I decided to take everything I've learned from over a decade and help guys break their fat loss plateau and put on muscle with the same principles that made me a champion and still keeps me shredded all year round.
