I’m a fitness trainer, and former kickboxer and I help men in their mid-late 30s achieve peak fitness before turning 40. But, it wasn’t always like that. More than a decade ago I was almost 50lbs overweight, working 12 hour days in an office thinking it’s impossible for me to get in shape.
Thinking of the future would kind of freak me out. I knew if I continued down this path of being completely sedentary and consistently stuffing myself with food, by the time I hit 40, things would be rough–which meant I needed to take control now.
I started small with some basic exercises, cleaned up my diet, and learned everything I could about fitness. Over the years I slowly built a system that not only worked–but put me in a place I never thought possible.
